Coordinate Traders is wholly owned and operated by its sole proprietor. There are no other shareholders or beneficial owners.

BIDOROS is a software service, not a shop. There is one paid product:

• Vendor subscription — PKR 3,000 per month, charged in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. It gives a supplier account the ability to submit bids, hold contracts and issue invoices.
• Buying organisations — free. Publishing tenders, receiving bids and managing contracts costs nothing.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes. We do not bill in any other currency.

Nothing is shipped. BIDOROS is delivered entirely online, and access to a paid subscription begins immediately once payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. There is no local or international delivery, and no delivery charge.

Payments are processed by Safepay, a payment gateway licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan. We accept Visa and Mastercard, and Raast. Card details are entered on Safepay’s own secure page and are never received or stored by BIDOROS.
