BIDOROS

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Coordinate Traders for using BIDOROS. It covers what the platform does, what it does not do, and what each of us is responsible for.

Last updated 7 September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

BIDOROS is operated by Coordinate Traders, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan under NTN 4550438010283. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Coordinate Traders; “you” means the person or organisation using the platform.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What BIDOROS is

BIDOROS is software that connects buying organisations with suppliers. Organisations publish tenders; vendors submit bids; the two sides sign contracts, issue invoices and record payments through the platform.

We are not a party to any contract between a buyer and a vendor. We do not award tenders, evaluate bids, guarantee that work will be done, or that anyone will be paid. Those are matters between the two organisations concerned, and the contract they sign is theirs.

We are also not a payment processor, an escrow agent or an intermediary for money moving between a buyer and a vendor. Invoices raised on the platform are settled directly between the parties; BIDOROS records what they tell it.

3. Your account

  • You must give accurate registration and business information, and keep it up to date. Other users make decisions worth money on the strength of it.
  • One account per business. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password safe.
  • You must be legally able to enter contracts in Pakistan, and the business you register must be one you are authorised to act for.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Verification, and its limits

Vendors upload documents — registration certificates, tax registrations, bank statements, experience records. Buyers set document requirements on their tenders and score bids against them.

We check that documents are present and readable. We do not independently verify their authenticity with the issuing authority, and a “verified” marker or a BIDOROS Score is a summary of what has been supplied — not a warranty about the business behind it. Do your own diligence before awarding work.

5. Bids are sealed

A bid cannot be read by the buying organisation until the tender’s deadline has passed. This is enforced in the database, not merely in the interface — the rules refuse the read.

Do not attempt to obtain, or ask another user to disclose, the contents of a bid before its deadline. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination.

6. Vendor subscription

  • A vendor account requires an active subscription of PKR 3,000 per month to submit bids, hold contracts or issue invoices. Buying organisations use the platform free of charge.
  • Payment is taken by Safepay, our payment gateway. Your card details are entered on their page and are never received or stored by us.
  • The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Cancellation, refunds and failed payments are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, forged or altered documents, or misrepresent your business, its registrations or its experience.
  • Register on behalf of a business without its authority, or hold multiple accounts to bid more than once on a tender.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, data, or any bid before its deadline.
  • Use the platform to arrange price-fixing, bid-rigging or any other anti-competitive conduct.
  • Scrape, copy or resell platform data, or attempt to circumvent access controls or security rules.
  • Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights.

8. What you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host it, display it to the users it is meant for, and process it to operate the platform — nothing broader.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including any personal information it contains about other people.

9. Availability

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. Deadlines on tenders are set by buying organisations, and we are not responsible for a bid missed because of a technical problem — leave yourself margin rather than submitting in the final minutes.

10. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, subject to the conditions described there — outstanding contracts, unsettled invoices and bids under evaluation must be resolved first, because other people are relying on those records.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where required by law. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, lost data or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Pakistan.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice by email or in the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use BIDOROS after that means you accept the change.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sindh, Pakistan.

14. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, write to support@bidoros.com or call +92 346 8266660. Include your account email and what happened.

We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 10. If a matter needs longer — because it involves a counterparty or a payment provider — we will tell you that, and why, rather than letting it go quiet.

Complaints about a billing charge should go to disputes@bidoros.com, which is monitored specifically for that.
